As a Customer Support Specialist, you will provide support, resolve issues and answer customers’ queries. You will become the primary channel and face of the company, ensuring that customers’ needs are met, satisfaction is reached, and their smiles can turn into profit.

💬 Estonian, Finnish, English (B2 level or higher);
🎓 Higher education (students are also welcome);

1+ year of experience in Customer Support is a great advantage.
