What you’ll do
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will provide support, resolve issues and answer customers’ queries. You will become the primary channel and face of the company, ensuring that customers’ needs are met, satisfaction is reached, and their smiles can turn into profit.

Who you are 😎
• Estonian, Finnish, English (B2 level or higher)
• Higher education (students are also welcome)
• CRM software experience
• Detail-oriented nature
• Experience in Customer Support is a great advantage.
