KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Engineering or similar) or equivalent experience
Understanding the local market and its potential
Very good social competences, especially communication and negotiation skills
Understanding of business development, financial literacy
Takes initiative, makes things happen and drives the agenda forward to reach results and expectations
Technical understanding, ability to read drawings, spatial thinking
Understanding the supply chain management
Ability to think outside the box and come up with new solutions
Project management and problem-solving skills
Excellent command of Lithuanian and English
MS Office smooth use, Excel is an elementary must-have
Driver's licence

RESPONSIBILITIES

Representing Nefab company, products and services in the Lithuanian market
Development and growth of Business and customer base, planning and execution of sales activities
Finding new and potential business opportunities
Working with customers: analysis of existing solutions, identification of needs and development of the best solutions in cooperation with design and production units
Preparation of tenders/offers
Setting and achieving sales goals
