About the position

Your main duties as an Account Receivable Collector include:

  • Communicating with our B2B customers via phone and e-mail.
  • Manage your own portfolio of customers.
  • Ensuring that all customers are aware about their debts and payment terms.
  • Processing reports and keep track of the account statements.
  • Sending reminders and invoice releases accordingly.
  • Communicate with our stakeholders and other departments in a professional and polite manner.

Requirements

We are looking for you if you:

  • Are fluent in English...
  • and are fluent in one of additonal language: German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese or Dutch
  • Have a good grasp of MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, etc.)
  • Have a good time management skills and ability to work with tight deadlines.
  • Are not afraid of challenges and fast paced environment.
  • Love to work with details and systems.​
  • Have good communication and social skills and positive mind.
  • Are an Estonian or EU citizen or hold a long term residence permit.
  • Are ready to work with fixed and stable schedule.

Bonus points if:

  • You have experience in Customer Service (e.g Hotels, Restaurants, Aviation, Cruise Ships, Retail, Travel agencies, etc.)
  • An additional European language is considered as an advantage.
  • You can start ASAP.
