We are looking for a passionate Retail Manager for three unique Lithuanian reseller stores Skechers, T-shirt Store and Ballzy.

FIFAA Retail manager is taking care of Skechers, Ballzy and T Shirt Store (T-Idejos) everyday operations in Lithuania. You will be the one to ensure smooth running of daily operations to maximize sales and minimize costs. The ideal candidate will have experience as a retail or store manager and knowledge of diverse business subjects such as sales, business, marketing, HR etc. Good people-management and leadership skills for recruiting, training and mentoring staff members. Understands main KPI-s in everyday retail, monitor and analyse the results. Maintaining a good image of the organisation. You have very good communication skills in 🇱🇹 Lithuanian and 🇬🇧 English. You are consistent and motivated in both team and solo projects.

Main responsibilities include:
Organizing all store operations and allocating responsibilities to personnel; Supervising and guiding staff towards maximum performance and excellent service quality
Preparing and controlling the store’s budget aiming for minimum expenditure and efficiency
Maximizing sales by implementing different marketing plans and strategies
Building professional relationships with staff, partners and clients
driving sales through effective use of the retail space
Gross salary 1300-2300€
